EEESTA's mission is to enhance the standing and contribution of UK engineering, science and technology in the national interest and to the benefit of society within the East of England Region.

EEESTA brings together many professional institutions and individuals who are interested and involved in promoting and delivering science, technology, engineering and maths within the East of England region. EEESTA is thus complementing the East of England Development Agency Regional Innovation & Technology Strategy.

Public Meetings, debates and seminars form the main activities of EEESTA. Organisations supporting and working with EEESTA include Business LInk East, the EEF, the Engineering and Technology Board, Engineering & Science Institutions, SEMTA, Stempoint Contract Holders and many others.
