The 2011 Prestige Seminar "Engineering the Olympics", held on Wednesday 9th November 2011, at the University of Hertfordshire was an outstanding success. There were 320 delegates, including over 50 students from six schools and two Universities in the region.

WHAT IS EEESTA?

Formed in April 2001, EEESTA brings together many professional institutions and individuals in the east of England who are interested and involved in promoting science, technology, engineering and maths within the region.

EEESTA works to make people more aware and appreciative of the vital contribution that engineering and science make to the economy, prosperity and quality of life of our region. EEESTA also promotes awareness that engineering and science offer exciting, rewarding and fun careers for young men and women.
